Kyle Busch takes the pole for the O'Reilly Auto Parts Challenge at Texas Motor Speedway. Busch took the pole at a speed of 183.051mph. It's his second pole of the season and his 25th of his NASCAR Nationwide Series career which if fourth all time. Sitting alongside Busch on the front row is points leader Elliott Sadler.
Starting third is Kevin Harvick in Richard Childress' #33 alongside teammate Austin Dillon. Starting fifth is Ricky Stenhouse Jr, who is six points out of the points lead with Cole Whitt starting in sixth. Starting seventh is Joey Logano and Danica Patrick will roll off eighth. Starting in ninth is Denny Hamlin and Kenny Wallace will round out the top ten running in the #99 Toyota.
Other notables include Ryan Newman, who will start 12th in the #30 Turner Motorsports Chevrolet. Sam Hornish Jr will roll off 14th, with Justin Allgaier 17th and Michael Annett starting 18th.
47 driver attempted to qualify for the O'Reilly Auto Parts Challenge at Texas Motor Speedway, meaning four drivers failed to qualify for the field. Those four drivers are Chase Miller, Timmy Hill, Jennifer Jo Cobb and Morgan Shepherd. Cobb hit the wall on her second qualifying lap and she had significant damage on the right side of her car. Hill will replace Kelly Bires in the #75 for the race.
The O'Reilly Auto Parts Challenge at Texas Motor Speedway will begin at 7:30pm on Saturday ESPN.
