Veteran crew chief Harold Holly has been hired to be the crew chief at the #18 Kyle Busch Motorsports Toyota for the entire 2013 season with driver Joey Coulter. Coulter was hired as the driver, after spending two seasons running for Richard Childress Racing.
Holly joins the organization with more than 12 years of crew chief experience under his belt. The last two seasons Holly spent at Richard Childress Racing with Coulter. Holly has one career NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory under his belt, that win coming with Coulter last season at Pocono. Holly won the 2000 NASCAR Nationwide Series championship with driver Jeff Green and has 19 victories in that series with 301 career starts.
Other news coming out of Kyle Busch Motorsports is Kyle Busch himself will run a part time schedule for the organization in the #51 truck. No word on who will run the #51 truck when Busch is not in it, but it is expected to run the full-schedule with driver announcements coming at a later date.
