David Reutimann will drive the #83 Toyota for BK Racing in the 2013 season, replacing Landon Cassill who left the organization on Wednesday. The team had been silent about the departure until Friday afternoon when team owner Ron Devine said the following statement.

"We wish Landon all the best," said team owner Ron Devine. "We have no comment on his departure. Our plans are really no different than last year except Landon has decided to move on."

Reutimann comes to BK Racing after spending the 2012 season running for Tommy Baldwin Racing. Reutimann ran 22 races for Baldwin and ran 25 all together. Reutimann ran two races for BK Racing in 2012 including the 2012 Daytona 500. Reutimann has two career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series victories to his record, his last one coming in July 2010 at Chicagoland Speedway.

Pat Tryson is expected to be named crew chief of the #83 Toyota. Tryson spent the first part of the 2012 season with driver David Gilliland at Front Row Motorsports. Tryson has been a crew chief in the Sprint Cup Series since 1997 when he worked with driver Geoffrey Bodine. In 485 races as a crew chief Tryson has 8 wins, 62 top fives and 132 top tens. Tryson has worked for Geoff Bodine Racing, Roush-Fenway Racing, Wood Brothers Racing, Penske Racing, Michael Waltrip Racing and Front Row Motorsports

The team also announced that both Travis Kvapil and crew chief Todd Anderson will return to the #93 Toyota in 2013.
