Darrell Wallace Jr to Run Full-Time in Camping World Truck Series in 2013

Speculation on Darrell Wallace Jr's 2013 plans are put to rest today as reports are today that Wallace will run full time in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Wallace is the first African-American driver to run full time in the Camping World Truck Series since Bill Lester in 2006. 

Wallace will drive the 2013 season for Kyle Busch Motorsports, while still keeping his association with Joe Gibbs Racing. Wallace comes to Kyle Busch Motorsports after running one season in the K&N Pro East Series. 

Wallace has run the last three seasons in the K&N Pro East Series making 36 starts throughout the three seasons. Wallace has six career wins in the series with 16 top fives and 25 top ten finishes. He finished third, second and seventh in the point standings the last three seasons. 

Wallace also ran four races in the NASCAR Nationwide Series for Joe Gibbs Racing in 2012. In his four starts Wallace had three top ten finishes including a best finish of seventh at Iowa Speedway.
